500g strong bread flour
pinch salt
300ml water
dried yeast

Mixed ingredients, kneaded 10 minutes. Left to rise twice for an hour each time, then baked 200 degrees for 35 minutes.

Ordinary, but good.

Mixed ingredients, kneaded 10 minutes. Left to rise twice for an hour each time, then baked 200 degrees for 35 minutes.

Tasted good, looked good.
