Just ran 16km in 1:17:33. Personal best. I'm not sure if this is down to the new shoes or last week's half marathon.

Anyway, a welcome improvement.

I'm not interested in writing short stories. Anything that doesn't take years of your life and drive you to suicide hardly seems worth doing.

Completed my first half-marathon yesterday (2009/11/15). 2:05:35, which was outside my target of 1:50 to 2:00 max. Wasn't on top form, but can't really make excuses.
